What Is Natural?

Donatella Versace told Love Magazine that she does not believe in natural beauty:

"I don't even know what my natural color is. Natural? What is natural? What is that? I do not believe in totally natural for women. For me, natural has something to do with vegetables."

I love Versace, and I love Donatella's designs. Even though Gianni Versace was way better than her, but she still amazes me with her collections.
But for real, saying that natural beauty doesn't exist, or that she doesn't believe in natural beauty as if it were a myth is just plain awful. Maybe to someone like her; who is used to tanning all the time, plastic surgeries, and etc...
Natural beauty exists!
and as for plastic surgeries, I'm not against them as long as the person needs them.

Meet Alexandre Vauthier

Alexandre Vauthier, some of you may know him and some of you may not. Alexandre was a former law student and studied fashion in Paris when he was 20. He was the head designer for Jean-Paul Gaultier haute couture collection. He started his own brand in 2009. He is certainly one of my favorite designers! I love the shoulder trend he is bringing back. Some what like the Louis Vuitton 2009 collection mixed with the Balmain shoulders and vou la! You get the Alexandre Vauthier shoulder trend. Bravo Alexandre!

Back in the mid 90s I remember my mother wore lace stockings all the time. I always liked the trend, and Blair Waldorf brought it back in Gossip Girl.
Then, I saw Victoria Beckham wearing them and I thought "HOT!" It totally looks gorgeous on her.

The Crochet Beret

Ever since I saw Kim wearing this crochet beret I was into the whole beret idea, especially with the hair down (like in the 1st picture).
I like this trend, and today I bought a black crochet beret. Can't wait to wear it.

I gotta say, I've always admired how she always wore high heels no matter where she was, I love a lady in heels. But she still looks gorgeous in those flats, and that cute little dress.

Hot Style: Kanye West

Kanye West looked very stylish in Paris fashion week. The whole outfit was hot: The velvet blazer, the wool scarf, the studded huge wayfarers, the leather pants, and the amazing Christian Louboutin studded loafers!First, I'd like to say those are the hottest wayfarers I've ever seen. I searched everywhere online but couldn't find out which brand they are.. so if you know please tell me. I just love their big size and the studs on the sides.

And, the most important piece of the outfit: Christian Louboutin Studded Rollerball Loafers.

I like a man that dresses up. It's very attractive. Some of you might think his outfit is some what outrageous or "gay" but I think not. If I ever go to where ever-fashion week, I'd like my man to dress up like that.

Put A Ring On It

Yesterday, I went to Cartier to buy my brother cufflinks. My sister and I decided to fool around and pretend she was engaged looking for an engagement ring. Cartier had those beautiful engagement rings, we couldn't resist the sparkles that brought joy to our eyes and hearts. She decided to try them on. There was a ring called the Trilogy ring, with 3 big diamonds, cost: 160,000 AED. It looked beautiful on her finger.
But then..... there was this other ring in a glass box all alone! with the biggest Diamond, bigger than all the rings, it looked so heavy too! She asked the helper if she can try it on, he said: Sorry Ma'am, but I can't for security reasons, this ring is just for show. She asked him why? He said: It costs 16,000,000 AED.
Now that's a ring I would like to have!

Anyways, this got me thinking.. girls have different tastes in engagement rings. Emerald cut diamonds, tear shaped, heart shaped, circle shaped, square shaped, sunburst, etc...
I definitely say NO to tear shaped diamonds. And YES to Emerald cut or square shaped diamonds.
